The Denver Alumni Chapter has coordinated a special golf outing at the Heritage Golf Course at Westmoor on Friday and a tailgate party that will make you think that you are in Athens. For information about the golf tournament click here.

On May 9 the Columbus Club took part in Community Service Day with the YWCA’s Family Center.
Freshmen Send-Off

UGA freshmen Drew Davis ’12 and Jenna Grygier ’12 met with the Columbus Club president Caroline Clabaugh and alum Carl Brack prior to heading to Athens.. The Columbus Alumni Club presented incoming students with Georgia backpacks.
Dawg Walk for the Humane Society

The UGA Alumni Association Columbus, Ohio Club recently participated in a DAWG WALK for the Capital Area Humane Society. Thirty local dogs were walked by club participants. The first dog walked was Gracie the Bulldog. For more pictures click here.

Caroline Clabaugh ‘73 (front row, first on right), the Columbus, Ohio Alumni Club president, and other volunteers pose with their collection for the Uga’s 50th Anniversary Pet Food Drive which is being donated to the Capital Area Humane Society in honor of our beloved mascot.

The local UGA Alumni Association Club collected 117 pounds of pet food at their Football Kickoff on August 24. The food was donated to the Capital Area Humane Society in recognition of Uga’s 50th anniversary with our university. The pet food drive will continue at every event throughout the football season.
