We are participating in the nationwide UGA “Dawgs Feeding Dogs Campaign” in memory of Uga VI by donating to Bideawee, a resourceful nonprofit organization promoting the health, well being and adoption of pets in need. Click here to make a contribution in honor of our beloved mascot.

Local Alumna Receives Grady College Award

Congratulations to Jennifer Sloan ’86 who won a Distinguished Alumni Award from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. Sloan is the recipient of the 2007 Henry W. Grady Mid-Career Award for outstanding success in her career and for her dedication to UGA and the Grady College. This is a very prestigious award and the Association and New York Chapter are extremely proud of Jennifer and lucky to have her in New York.

2007 AIDS Walk


The NYC Chapter’s Team Dawg Walkers participated in the AIDS Walk New York 2007. To date, they have raised $3,694.
