There are over 1,000 UGA graduates in the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area. The UGA Alumni Association would very much like to sponsor events for local Bulldogs, but local graduates are needed to help to plan and execute activities that bring the Red and Black spirit to your area. Paws Across America 2008
The Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Club participated in the UGA Alumni Association’s second annual Paws Across America with Habitat for Humanity April 19, 2008. For more photos, click here.
Paws Across America 2007
The South Florida Chapter participated in the national community service project, “Paws Across America” on May 19 by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in the Miami Dade County area. The Georgia crew included Raquel D. James and Kellie Gibson, Andrew Pearson, Rory Welsh, friend Ann Maria Faria, Hank Cobb and chapter president, Veronica DePadro.
