Two prominent Albany businessmen, active in alumni affairs, are part of three generation UGA alumni legacies.
Victor C. Sullivan III ‘80 and David Guillebeau ‘84, ‘86, have both served on the Alumni Association Board of Directors and Sullivan is presently a member of the Executive Committee.
Sullivan is the son of Victor Carlysle Sullivan II, ‘52, ‘59 and Lillian Lacklan Sullivan ‘56.
Sullivan also has three brothers, Thomas ‘86, Franklin ‘96, and his youngest brother Byrd who attended UGA, but received his degree from another institution.
Sullivan’s son, Victor C. Sullivan IV is presently enrolled at the University.
In addition, Sullivan’s uncle William and his wife, Sarah graduated in 1961.
David Guillebeau ‘84, ‘86, is married to Janet Daniel Guillebeau ‘84. His father, the late Dr. F. Dempsey Guillebeau, was a member of the Class of 1950. Janet’s father is Thomas Daniel ‘59.
Guillebeau’s brother, Watson ‘80, their sister, Janet G. Carter ‘91 are alums. Carter’s daughter Chirstine, (Guillebeau’s niece) graduated in 2006.
Guillebeau’s daughter, Laura Leigh is currently enrolled at UGA.
