Sarah Kathryn Smith '98 set out early in life to make her mark in the dating industry. After graduating from the University of Georgia she began staking her claim on a completely unique concept in the dating service market. Her entrepreneurial adventure in matchmaking, Eight at Eight Dinner Club, capitalized on an untapped market. The idea was simple - Four Single Men and Four Single Women meet for dinner at eight o’clock. At the age of 22, Sarah Kathryn started the company with a vision to make Eight at Eight Dinner Club the premiere dinner dating service in America. She established the business quickly and firmly on the trendy social scene of multiple major markets.
