Tonya Tapie

Tonya is a 2001 Graduate from The University of Georgia Terry College of Business, Bachelor of Business Administration with Real Estate Degree, Magna Cum Laude with 3.8 GPA. My experience has consisted of investment, finance, and disposition analysis, in addition to implementing pro-forma budgeting and economic variance analysis. My goals are to take these abilities and use them in financial analysis, asset management, or similar fields and establish a successful career along with a succesful personal life. Specialties include asset aquisition, financial budgeting, disposition analysis, finance, lending, asset management, financial underwriting, economic modeling and forecasting.
