Christopher Hanks Hanks is an entrepreneur and lecturer at the University of Georgia where he teaches all of the entrepreneurship courses for the Terry College of Business MBA program and coaches the business plan teams. He also serves as director of the Terry College of Business Entrepreneurship Program. Prior to joining UGA, he taught entrepreneurship at Georgia State University and conducted seminars and events for entrepreneurs at the Herman J. Russell, Sr. International Center for Entrepreneurship. He earned a BBA in risk management from the University of Georgia and an MBA in finance from San Jose State University. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Hanks held corporate risk management positions in the pharmaceutical and beverage industries.
